How to make an appointment?
The service operates a walk in service for treatment and advice on minor illnesses to all patients. You do not need to be a registered patient to receive this service or change your normal GP. Please walk in and book in at the desk. Please note during busy times there may be a waiting time. Our Reception Team can advise on approximate waiting times.

The surgery operates a full GP service like a normal GP surgery to patients registered with the practice. (If you are interested in becoming a registered patient please check by calling 01254 770480 or on www.nhs.uk to see if we are open to new registrations).

If you are a registered patient of the practice routine appointments can be made by telephone or at the reception desk. Please make a separate appointment for each person. If you find you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible so that the appointment can be offered to someone else. Appointment times are intended to be a guide only. Emergencies may lead to the doctor or nurse running late. If you would like to see a specific doctor or nurse please tell our reception staff when booking an appointment, however please note that the first appointment available may not be with that specific clinician.
